Mentor programmes benefit the employer and enhance the mentees' personal development


Mentoring improves job performance and the personal development of the employees involved. In mentoring an experienced colleague (mentor) assists a younger person (mentee/actor) who is at the beginning of her career. We act as a partner in starting, planning and implementing the mentoring process.

Mentoring can improve the performance of individuals or teams in:
  • developing professional competence
  • developing expertise and leadership skills
  • promoting gender equality and knowledge-sharing among employees of different ages
  • making visible the potential of increasing innovation through diversity
WoM has run mentoring programmes since 1995 and established a successful and efficient mentoring process. More than 400 mentoring pairs have already participated in our programmes. We will be happy to tell you more about our system.
